Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 7–8 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be credited within 8–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, discounted products, and innerwear cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
